I am blogging my weight loss to spur myself on a bit. If I publically log this then it will make me want to succeed. If you feel like chucking me a nice comment like "come on you can do it" or "nice one mate" then it will help too. If I fail - I know it will be a public affair so I will try not too. Could blogging help save or at very least prolong my life? I hope so.

Well that explains the blog bit. So what about me.

I am 30. I have a kid and I am worried about my health as I am overweight. I want to be around to watch my kid grow up and I don't want to needlessly jeapodise that.

I am now 15 Stone in weight. (15 Stone x 6.35026 = 95.25Kg) - I vow that this will be the heaviest I will ever be. From this point on I will log the highs and lows of my weight loss. At the end I will provide a before and after photo. If you want to lose weight then lets do it together! Blog it!
