First the excuse, I moved house, so first I have had to live on microwave meals before our oven was installed. I quit the "pool of the living dead", because some elderly people clogged up the filters there (joking). I haven't jogged because I haven't got a shower installed yet. Yes I live in a half built house and must of put on a shed load of weight. How much, no idea, batteries are flat on my scales. I am not going to weigh-in until I have jogged for at least a month.

Shower went in yesterday :)
