Fantastic New Diet
I have finally worked it out, a new life style change that has meant I have lost 3/4 of a stone in two months.
Here we go, prepare for the book deal:

Ok - that's it. At the beginning of the year I decided to eat the same but less. Also I decided to increase the amount of exercise I was doing, not much, I hate exercise - just a realistic amount. One 30 minute walk 5 days a week. That is it. The weight is falling off. Feeling good :)
